- Essential Qualification : Graduate in Science (With Physics as one of the subjects), Technology or Engineering

Diploma in Engineering with three years experience.
- Age : Not more than 32 years.
2.Sub-Editor :
- Pay Scale : Rs. 9,000/- To Rs. 40,500/-
- Essential Qualification : An Honours degree with 03 years of experience.
- Age : Not more than 32 years.
3.Junior Programmer :
- Pay Scale : Rs. 9,000/- To Rs. 40,500/-
- Essential Qualification : BCA or B.Sc in Computer Science with First Class or at least 60% of marks with 01 year experience.
- Age : Not more than 35 years.
