- Pay Scale : Rs. 10,000 consolidate
- Eligibility : ME/M.Tech, MSc, BE/B.Tech
- Qualification & Age Limit : M. Sc./M. Tech/B.Tech – Physics/Applied Physics /Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/ Material Science with first class and age up to 28 years. (Relaxation isadmissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rule).
