- Eligibility Criteria : 10th Pass (SSC)
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass + Diploma or one year certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institute.
- Desirable: Computer as a subject at secondary level or Basic course in computers from any institute.
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years.
