University of Delhi (Department of Plant Molecular Biology) has published notification for the recruitment of   No. of posts 03 Lab/ Field Attendant/ Technical Assistant (Computer)  posts . The job is on Temporary basis. Those candidates who satisfy the desired eligibility conditions as posted in the Official website of  http://www.du.ac.in Notification can apply .

  • Project Title : “Characterization of Gene Regulatory Networks and Transcriptional Mechanisms that Control Male Gametophyte Development in Rice”
  • Name of Post : Junior/Senior Research Fellow 
  • Pay Scale : Rs. 25,000/- +  30% HRA for 1st, 2nd year and or Rs. 28.000/- + 30% HRA for 3rd year onwards)
  • No. of Post : 01
  • Education Qualification : M.Sc. in Plant Molecular Biology or allied science with at least 60% marks. Candidate should have cleared UGC-CS1R NET. In case suitable NET cleared candidate is not available, appointment as Junior/Senior Research Fellow may be considered as per rules.
  • Name of Post : Technical Assistant (Computer)
  • No. of Post : 01
  • Pay Scale : Rs. 25,000/- fixed
  • Education Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any stream of science/commerce with two years’ experience and advanced level skills in spreadsheet and word processing. Knowledge of html and web-page designing is desirable.
  • Lab/Field Attendant 
  • No. of Post : 01
  • Pay Scale : Rs. 15,000/- fixed
  • Education Qualification : Matriculation. Preference will be given to those who have worked in Science research labs & are familiar with media preparation, tending of plants in greenhouse & culture rooms.
