Application Procedure
- Only Offline mode of application will be acceptable. (candidate can also submit the application directly in office)
- The application should be completed in all respects shall be submitted along with self-attested copies of certificates proving Age, Qualifications, Experience, Medical Council Registration and any other relevant testimonials.
- Govt Servant should attached NOC with application form.
- Envelope should be superscribed with name & post of the applicant in block letter.
- Application should be reach to the office of District Health Officer, District Council Wardhha. during official hours.
- Last date of receipt of application is 10th March 2017
- Shortlisted candidate will be called for an interview on 18th March as per post.
General Instruction
- Candidate should present original copies of documents at the time of Interview.
- Application received after due date will not be entertained.
- All qualifications, as entailed above, should be recognized in India and from a recognized Institution or University.
- Age relaxation is acceptable to reserved category as per government rule.
