The Chartered Accountant Firm to be appointed will be registered with ICAI and also with the panel of C.& A.G. (PSU) and will have at least three full time partners in practice and will have minimum one partner as fellow member.The firm should be in existence for at least five years i.e. before 01.04.2016.
The Firm should have their Head Office in the State of Maharashtra. Also for Districts’ Statutory Auditor preference will be given for District registration of Head Office of the Firm with ICAI. The Chartered Accountant Firm should have the experience of conducting the statutory Audit of Government Schemes, Social Sector Organizations, NGOs and Other Government Entities of at least 3 units in the last five years. A Chartered Accountant Firm currently conducting AMRS work in one District will not be eligible for the appointment as Statutory Auditor for the same District. |
Mode Of Application
- The offers in the application form for appointment as Statutory Auditor is annexed hereto containing Form No. 1, 1A, 2 & 3.
- It is essential for the Chartered Accountant firm to fill in these forms in a complete and correct manner and also enclose the certificate of Registration with ICAI and the empanelment letter with C. & A. G. for Financial year 2016-17.
- The said applications duly placed in sealed packets marked as “State Level Statutory Auditor” or “District Level Statutory Auditor, District……….”
- Application should be send to Chief Executive Officer, Vasundhara Watershed Development Agency, Central Building 1st floor, Pune – 411 001.
- Last Date for sending application is 27-03-2017.
General Condition
- The Chartered Accountant firm will ensure providing trained staff having knowledge of Marathi language while conducting the Audit.
- . The fees payable will be all inclusive including travel and other cost except service tax charged as applicable (presently 15%).
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify candidature.
- If any false/incorrect information furnished by the candidate is detected at any stage of recruitment process, his/her candidature will not be considered.
- Candidature will be rejected in absence of sufficient documents
